Astria believes Rollups should be Decentralized by default therefore introducing Astria Sequencer network. With no doubt, rollups with a centralized sequencer have been proven effective so far in a lot of ways.

However, as the hub of developed rollups , It is more safer to utilize Decentralizing sequencers.

Astria’s shared sequencer network leverages Celestia for Data Availability.

Here’s how to get started

Go to : deploy.astria.org

Connect your GitHub

Input the name of your Roll up and Network ID ( choose number randomly)

In my own case I chose 200 as Network ID

After Deploying. Click on the roll Up to navigate to your full dashboard. You can see your Roll Up Address and Sequencer Address.

I will advice you keep them safe.

Now, Click on Private Data. This displays your private key and Data.

Also take record of that.
