Penumbra Phase 2 is live Again : Don’t miss out

Previously, penumbra paused their testnet including the previous ceremony contribution. However, do have it in mind thst the previous contribution has been dissipated and not submitted anymore.
It is essential to join the recently announced ceremony. Perhaps, it is better to be early than missing out.
Only the Pcli is updated according to the previous guide. Therefore, there are few changes done in my previous guide. If you encounter any issues, let me know in the comment
